Frequently asked questions
Answers to check before you pay.
Find answers about commercial use, copyright, credits returned after failed generations, image retention, and the terms for free credits.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. You can use generated images in advertising, product pages, print, packaging, products for sale, and client deliverables. Paid advertising is included, with no additional licence fee or approval process.
Images created with free credits can also be used commercially, subject to the gallery terms below.
Who owns the copyright in the output?
You retain the service usage rights to the images you generate. everyais studio does not claim ownership of your outputs or charge fees or royalties for their use.
Copyright protection for AI-generated work varies by jurisdiction, so everyais studio cannot guarantee that copyright will apply. You are responsible for checking the rules where you plan to use the image.
You can continue using images you already downloaded after cancelling a subscription or deleting your account.
Do the images carry a watermark?
No. Every output on every plan, including images made with free credit, is delivered at the resolution you asked for with no watermark.
Are images made with free credit published anywhere?
They can be. An image paid for entirely with free credit — the welcome credit granted at signup, or coupon credit — becomes a gallery candidate if you have given gallery publication consent. An admin reviews it before it goes live, and the prompt you used is shown next to it.
Images paid for with purchased or subscription credits are not published. If both free and paid credits are used for one image, it is treated as a paid image and excluded from the gallery.
You can withdraw gallery publication consent at any time in settings. Withdrawing takes down both your published entries and anything still waiting for review.
Am I charged for generations that fail?
No. When generation starts, the credits needed for each image are set aside temporarily. Only successful images are charged; credits set aside for failed or cancelled images return to your balance. If 3 of 100 images fail, you are charged for 97.
Returned credits keep their original expiry date. Credits that have already expired by the time they are returned cannot be restored.
Which credit gets spent first?
Credit with the nearest expiry is spent first. Short-lived free credit — welcome and coupon grants — is therefore used up before purchased credit, so images you make while free credit remains can fall under the gallery publication condition above.
How do I cancel a subscription, and what happens to the remaining period?
Open the subscription block on the Credits screen and press Cancel renewal. You keep the period you already paid for until it ends, and you are not billed on the next renewal date. Press Resume renewal in the same place to undo it.
To undo the payment itself, request a withdrawal of the purchase. If it is within 7 days of payment and you have not spent the credits from that payment, email portal@everyais.com with your order number. Once the credits have been used or digital content has been supplied, withdrawal is limited to what the law allows.
Can I get a payment refunded?
Credits for images that fail return to your balance automatically. That is a credit return, not a payment refund. A payment is refunded when you withdraw a purchase of unused paid credits or of a product whose supply has not started, or when an overpayment is confirmed.
Refunds go back to the original payment method as a rule. Credit granted for free — welcome, coupon, and bonus grants — cannot be redeemed for cash or moved to another account. Send requests to portal@everyais.com with your order number.
Does closing the browser stop my generation?
No. Generation continues independently of your browser, even if you close the tab, shut your laptop, or lose your connection. Completed images are saved to History, where you can check the latest progress when you return.
What is the difference between batch and interactive generation?
Interactive generation starts right away and supports up to 100 images per job. Batch generation is intended for larger jobs and supports up to 1,000 images. Batch jobs target completion within 24 hours but may take longer when demand is high.
For the same model and resolution, batch generation uses about 50% fewer credits. It is a better fit for high-volume work without a tight deadline.
How long are my images kept?
Outputs funded by welcome, coupon, or ordinary admin credits are kept for 30 days after completion; outputs funded by separately purchased credits are kept for 365 days. If multiple credit types are actually settled, the longest retention right applies.
Subscription base and bonus credit outputs are kept for up to 365 days, capped at 30 days after all paid access ends when that date is earlier. Results published in Gallery Studio do not expire while published, but delisting, consent withdrawal, and account deletion take priority.
Can a company or institution buy this for a team?
Yes. We support high-volume team use, purchases through government funding programs, and adoption by education and public-sector organizations. A batch job can process up to 1,000 images.
